Report download improvements and enhanced UI clarity.

Downloaded PPT and PDF reports will now reflect the same sorting method used in the Attribute UI. For example, if you sort a chart in the application, your downloaded report will match that same sorted view.

There were some instances where the Location table in downloaded PPT files didn't contain data. That has since been resolved.

All data tables containing values larger than 1,000 now include commas as thousands separators.
