Improved Search Instructions
After reviewing inbound Support and Customer Success requests from our users, we identified many could use additional information about how to best use the Pre-Recorded and Live Mention search functionality during Campaign creation. In order to better address these user needs we've added more prescriptive instruction text to this step, explaining the nuances of different search types and best practices.
Next Button Location Change
In order to ensure users have easy access to our in-app chat, we've moved the 'Next' buttons to the bottom-left during the Campaign creation flow. This ensures users can receive quick support from our team at any time while creating Campaigns. The chat bubble will now continue to appear at the bottom-right of the screen if assistance from the Support Team is required.
