Content Grader Guide
What is Content Grader
-
Content Grader is a free tool that can be activated on any distro account that manages their adverts.
-
Once active on your account, the content grader will automatically scan your job description for gender bias, readability and sentiment, as well as common grammatical mistakes and clichés.
-
The content grader can detect linguistic patterns that undermine your job description, ensuring that you your adverts are seen positively to potential candidates and can be easily read.
-
The content grader can also analyse your text towards particular demographics, helping you write in a more neutral way and stopping you from accidentally turning candidates away.
What are the benefits of using Content Grader?

Empower users to review and understand the gender bias of adverts in real time through the visual score/gender bias coded words in the integrated posting steps.
