Existing Hub organizations can be added to an instance. Only one organization can be designated as the owner of that instance. Other organizations can be members of the instance, which means the Hub users within the member organization(s) have view-only access to the instance's details, including:

  • Configuration details
  • Installation information and instructions
  • Packages available to the instance, such as engines and applications
  • Server status reports
  • Logs

In addition, any Hub user who is an owner of an instance's owner organization will be able to make changes to the instance, including:

  • Changing the name or description of an instance
  • Adding or removing organizations
  • Adding or removing packages

Steps

  1. Select an instance in the aiWARE Instances table.

    The Instance Detail panel opens.

  2. On the Organizations tab, click + Add Organization. Add Organizations opens.
  3. Select an organization from the list.
  4. Optional: Select a Start date and time.
  5. Select whether the organization will be the Owner of the instance, or will be Active. See Roles and permissions for more information.
  6. Click Save.
