The dormant status with a dark blue megaphone
will appear when your advertiser’s web connection is not currently active due to no recent campaigns in 14 days. The web connection is no longer querying its source for new data.
Note: All web upload (Custom Data Load) advertisers will also show an advertiser status of dormant.
Steps to take when you see a dormant status:

Confirm whether this advertiser is using Custom Data Load.

If yes, dormant is the expected status.

If no, the web connection is then not currently active due to no recent campaigns.

Create a new campaign for your Advertiser.

Navigate to managed connections. Click on the Dormant Status Details screen. All Dormant Advertisers will see a NEW CAMPAIGN button in the bottom left.
