Adobe Analytics - Server to Server Authentication

We have updated the Adobe Analytics connection requirements and connection workflow to optimize web data ingestion in cases where connections to Attribute could expire due to a token authorization. This token authorization expiration is a unchangeable setting via Adobe Analytics

As a result, the connection flow to share web data via Adobe Analytics to Veritone Attribute has slightly changed to ensure no advertisers experience an expired authorization.

Namely, parts A and B of our Connect using Adobe Analytics steps have been updated.

Users will now set up their Adobe Developer console to configure authorization credentials, later selected during the connection steps, to ensure there are no issues with token authorizations.

Duplicate email reminders

  • A bug fix was implemented to correct an error with email reminders, specifically for advertiser email invites and reminders, ensuring users and their clients do not receive unexpected duplicates.

Email ingestion error reports

  • Email error reports for customers utilizing email ingestion as their Attribute playout log ingest method will now have improved information to ensure customer POCs and Veritone POCs can properly triage issues.
