Resize the scaling group to <size> instances. Sets the desired size of the scaling group to the specified size and waits for the group to adjust to the new size. If you want to monitor the resizing progress, you can ctrl-C this and run 'ai cloud status'.
[Warning]If you use this to reduce the scaling group size, hosts that are running jobs may be terminated and those jobs may fail.
