Admin-controlled web status alerts
With the newly correctly defined advertiser connection statuses launched in July 2024, users and advertisers can receive proactive alerts providing intelligent guidance on what actions to take depending on their advertiser’s current state. This should create a more self-service pipeline for users to resolve their connection issues on a proactive basis with less intervention from Veritone, as well as avoid any issues in reporting gaps.
Attribute users with an admin profile can now access these configurations in Attribute Settings, specifically the Alert & Communications tab, to define if/when users (and sometimes their advertisers) receive alerts based upon the following:

Connection Invite Reminders

Status Alerts (based upon an advertiser’s status as Warning, Error, Active, or Dormant)

Aggregated Status Report Emails
Dynamic email unsubscribe
Previously if a user or associated party received an email from Attribute utilizing our email service, it caused the point of contact to be unsubscribed from any/all emails from this service. Now email recipients can unsubscribed based on the email type they’ve received (such as connection status alerts or campaign reminders), ensuring users continue to receive desired emails while also removing themselves from extraneous email lists.
Email sender/reply-to has been changed to no-reply@veritone.com from support@veritone.com to ensure nonessential support cases are not created.
