Installs an engine into this aiWARE instance. The imported engine must be exported from another aiWARE instance using the "export" command. The engine will be installed in Core if this instance is Cored, or into Edge if this instance is Coreless.
Usage: "export" the engine from one instance that has the engine installed, transfer the exported engine package to another instance, and "import" it.
