Creates a new user in aiWARE.

-a, --admin If true, this user is an admin for this edge cluster
--bootstrap Determines whether this is a bootstrap user or not.
--display-name string Display name for the user
-e, --email string Email for the user
--expiration string Expiration for the user. This is expressed as a duration such as 30d or 1y. Default is an empty string which is never
-h, --help help for create
-o, --organizationid string Organization ID. This is the GUID for the organization in Edge. If set, this user will be limited to that organization.
--password string Password for the user
--role stringArray Role(s) for the user. This can be specified more than once.
-t, --token string Authorization token to create bootstrap initial users.
