Hide "Other" campaign type
During the Create a Campaign step, the Campaign Type is a geographic region designation that assists with station groups during campaign creation, and the "Other" option is only applicable for international customers.
This option can now be hidden when enabling the associated aiWARE Admin App Settings to ensure US-based users do not incorrectly select this campaign type.
Disable live mention search
Many Attribute-only customers, or those that record Live Reads in their traffic logs, do not require the Live Mention search during campaign creation or editing. We have added the ability to make this search option greyed-out in the UI and non-selectable for standard Attribute end users (Editor & Manager roles). This ensures end users do not incorrectly attempt to user this search type if it is not applicable for their organization.
