aiWare UI Updates

• Added a Hub Admin page providing administrators with a centralized view for hub management.

• Added an edit/search readiness guard to viewers to prevent operations from running against partially loaded data.

aiWare API Updates

• Fixed a bug where GraphQL task queries could intermittently cause WebSocket errors, 502 errors, and CORS errors.

• Fixed an issue where the migrate_aiware_desktop_package_grant scheduled event caused production hub clusters to become unresponsive.
