DMH UI Updates

Ask Veri - Renamed chat history record moved to the top of the list

• Fixed the Chat History list so renaming a chat record no longer bumps it to the top of the list. Renamed records now keep their position based on the current sort order.

Ask Veri - Panel now pushes page content instead of overlaying it

• Changed the Veri chat panel from an overlay to a push/reflow layout: opening Veri shifts the main page content (video player, metadata panel, etc.) to make room rather than rendering on top of it, so users can keep playing video and viewing the content they're asking about. Closing the panel returns the page to its full-width layout.
