In aiWARE, an organization helps centrally control user access to resources including applications and engines, as well as files and media assets that will be processed. An aiWARE user in one organization cannot access any files or perform any work on any content associated with an organization they aren't a part of.
Within your aiWARE utility dock, you have access to an OS feature called Organizations. This feature allows you to manage and switch between unique organizations that your account is a part of.
aiWARE administrators can invite users to more than one organization. Users can accept or reject these invitations. When a user accepts an invitation, the user is granted access to the specific applications and data available inside the newly joined organization. Users can switch between organizations that they are a part of using the Organizations tool.
While aiWARE users can also invite other users to join an organization, an administrator must approve the request before the invitation is sent.
