We have rolled out a set of new connection statuses for advertisers connected to Veritone Attribute, which aligns an advertiser’s megaphone color to its status label and definition.
These new status indicators:
- Assist users and organization admins with understand when and why to take action on any issues with an advertiser’s connection to Attribute.
- Provide a more seamless experience for users, especially those who may not have an in-depth understanding of their advertisers web connections and data.
This update also:
- Updates the Attribute UI, specifically the Manage Connections page, to better visualize the state of advertisers a user owns or in the entire org.
- Adds a new Advertiser Details panel, deprecating the Connection Details pop-up, which will display not only an advertiser’s connection details but also how to connect their web data and troubleshooting steps if any issues are experienced.
New status indicators
Active: Advertiser with active campaign(s) is sharing web data with Attribute as expected. No action is required. This status has a green megaphone icon.
Invited: Advertiser with active campaign(s) has experienced a web data issue over the last 24-48 hours. This status has a grey megaphone icon. See Troubleshoot errors and warning status for more information.
Warning: Advertiser with active campaign(s) is not sharing web data with Attribute as expected. This status has a yellow megaphone icon. See Troubleshoot errors and warning status for more information.
Error: Advertiser has been invited to connect their web data source with Attribute, but has not yet completed the connection or implementation process. This status has a red megaphone icon.
Dormant: Advertiser has no active campaign(s), so Attribute is not processing new web data. This status has a dark blue megaphone icon. See Create a campaign to view updated web and campaign data.
